Job summary

Highland Homes is seeking a Part-Time Sales Assistant in the Houston area. The role supports the Sales Counselor, assists with the prospecting process, sales presentations and contract management. It is an entry level, part-time position with hourly compensation and a cap of 27 hours per week.

A high school diploma is required, and prior sales experience is a plus. The PTSA will be involved in greeting customers, collecting registrations, and helping with model openings and maintaining showroom

Qualifications

• Sales support experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable and punctual with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Located in the Houston area and supports the Sales Counselor and Sales Associates.
• Open model in morning and ensure it is ready for business by 10:00 a.m. (12:00 p.m. Sundays).
• Greet incoming customers, register prospect buyers, and set follow-up appointments.
• Maintain inventory and ensure marketing materials and office supplies are stocked.
