The role offers an hourly base compensation and up to 27 hours per week, requiring a High School Diploma. You will learn the sales process, present homes, and help with contract management, inventory, and marketing support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Counselor and Sales Associates with selling and marketing the community.
• Open and close model; maintain cleanliness and inventory; ensure model is ready by 10:00 a.m. (12:00 p.m. Sundays).
• Greet customers, register prospective buyers, and set follow-up appointments for the Sales Counselor.
• Maintain knowledge of community product, plan mix, area schools, financing, and specs.
• Assist with lead management, filing, contracts, and closing coordination; support marketing efforts.
