Job summary

Highland Homes in North Austin (Liberty Hill) is seeking a Part-Time Sales Assistant to support the Sales Counselor and Sales Associates with selling and marketing activities. You will greet customers, collect registrations, and help maintain model homes and inventory for ready viewings.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and a willingness to learn the prospecting process, sales presentations, and contract management.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Counselor and Sales Associates with selling and marketing activities.
• Greet incoming customers and register prospects for follow-up.
• Maintain model inventory, cleanliness, and readiness for viewing by 10:00 a.m.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and basic clerical tasks for sales office.
