The PTSA will support the Sales Counselor, greet customers, manage registrations, and help maintain inventory and model homes while following company policies and dress code.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Reliable, clean transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Counselor and Sales Associates with all aspects of selling and marketing the community.
• Greet and assist incoming customers, obtain registration cards and set up follow-up appointments.
• Maintain model home cleanliness and inventory, unlock models, and ensure readiness for showings by 10:00 a.m. daily.
• Assist with lead management, entering registration cards into LMS and coordinating follow-ups.
