Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and services for home improvement needs. You will greet customers, assist with finding items, and ensure their needs are met throughout their store visit.

Responsibilities include answering questions, stocking, processing orders, and collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional service. A demand for flexible, customer-focused individuals is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties as needed.
• Minimum lifting of 25 lbs unassisted or heavier with accommodation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock replenishment by identifying empty spaces and restocking shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
