Qualifications

• At least 6 months of computer use experience.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Able to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products or services.
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items timely.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
