Job summary

Lowe’s in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will respond to questions, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure accurate processing of orders and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including inputting, accessing, and processing information.
• Experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform related duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by identifying empty shelf space and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut pipes, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
