Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service in-store. You may work in appliances, home improvement, or hardware departments and assist with stocking, checkout, and order processing.

The role offers part-time flexibility, opportunities to learn trades, and participation in Lowe's benefits programs. Training ensures you can support customers with care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift 25 lbs minimally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to help deliver great customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
