Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right home improvement products. You’ll work across departments and support smooth store operations while delivering friendly, professional service.

The role emphasizes customer care, product knowledge, and teamwork. Preferred qualifications include bilingual skills, flexibility, and ability to assist with various tasks throughout the store.

Qualificações

• 6 months of computer use (input, access, modify, output information)
• 6 months experience with retail tech such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction)
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as needed for the job
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or heavier with help or accommodation

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Replenish stock by identifying empty areas on shelves and restocking
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pipe work, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
