Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Troy, Ohio. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and deliver friendly, professional service to assist with home improvement needs.

In this role you will work across departments, stock shelves, assist with locating merchandise, and process orders and deliveries accurately. You will also participate in cross-training to ensure the best customer experience for shoppers every day.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
