Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our home-based care team. This part-time, salaried role provides 24 hours of work per week across four days, delivering therapy in clients' homes under physician direction.

You will assess and treat speech, language, swallowing, and communication impairments, including stroke recovery, and participate in a program offering 60% paid days off, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an SLP in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Must maintain dependable transportation and drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate and provide speech therapy services to home-based clients.
• Treat patients with speech disorders, swallowing therapy and hearing impairments.
• Support patients recovering from stroke or other neurological disorders.
