Qualifications

• Licensed as an SLP in the state of employment.
• Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate and provide speech therapy services in home settings per physician orders.
• Treat speech disorders, swallowing therapy and communication-related hearing impairments.
• Support patients recovering from strokes or other neurological events.
