Job summary

Ignite Rehab, based in New Jersey, is seeking a motivated part-time Physical Therapist to provide in-home care. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and will be responsible for evaluating patients and delivering individualized treatment plans.

Home-health experience is preferred but not required, as mentorship will be provided. The position offers a flexible schedule, and the anticipated salary range is $65,000–$75,000, along with various benefits including medical and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a Physical Therapist Program and licensed in New Jersey.
• Home-health experience preferred but not mandatory; mentorship available.
• Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the assigned geographic territory.

Responsibilities

• Accept and treat patients within your designated geographic area.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate family members and caregivers on therapy techniques.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation for each visit.
• Must be willing to treat geriatric patients.
