Formación

• A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license is required.
• Graduate from an APTA/ health education approved program as indicated by diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Make outpatient visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with PT interventions.
• Assess and revise the care plan in collaboration with the MDT.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and activities.
• Document observations and interventions using a touchpad tablet.
