Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Home Health Occupational Therapist to perform home visits across Westford, Groton, Littleton, Acton and surrounding towns in Massachusetts. Prior home health experience is not required, and the role emphasizes conducting patient evaluations and developing intervention plans in the home.

Clinicians collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver rehabilitative care, educate families, and document patient progress.

Qualifications

• A current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license.
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations of patients’ functional status and ADL/IADL performance.
• Assess cognitive, psychological and motor aspects and develop intervention plans.
• Evaluate home environments for hazards and adaptations.
• Educate patients and family members in rehabilitative care and activities.
