BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes across Uxbridge, Douglas, Webster, Oxford and nearby towns. You will provide rehabilitative therapy and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to help patients remain at home.

• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety at home.
