The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide daily living and personal care in patients' homes per an established care plan in Florida.

You will support baths, hygiene, grooming, nutrition, and safety, while observing and reporting changes to the nurse supervisor. Responsibilities include vital sign checks, safe transfers, ROM exercises, and aiding with household tasks per the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Meets all training requirements per state and federal law.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care.
• Possess and maintains current CPR certification per state regulation.
• Complete Maxim screening examinations and competency program.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with plan of care: baths, hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding.
• Take and record vital signs when ordered and competent.
• Safe transfer and ambulation; assist with exercises per care plan.
• Perform ROM and simple procedures as ordered by extender therapy.
• Handle patient laundry and meet safety needs of patients.
• Observe, document patient condition and report changes to nurse.
