Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Home Health Aides to work 1:1 with our recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and assist with activities that promote independence and goal attainment in the home environment.

You may also help clients access community activities to grow skills and confidence. Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Help clients participate in community activities to grow goals.
• Follow care plans and document progress as needed.
