Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Home Health Aides to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes in Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities while assisting them to participate in community activities to grow personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care to recipients.
• Support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities.
• Accompany clients to community activities to foster goals outside home.
• Follow care plans and communicate with the team.
