Job summary

Beck N Call Homecare is seeking a Part-Time Home Care Office Coordinator to support daily scheduling, client onboarding, and payroll processing. The role requires calm under pressure, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

You will coordinate caregiver schedules, monitor shifts, update Sandata, and collaborate with case managers and referral partners to ensure uninterrupted home care services across Connecticut.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, healthcare staffing, scheduling, or office coordination preferred.
• Experience with Sandata or similar scheduling systems preferred.
• Experience with ADP payroll is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure client shifts are staffed.
• Find caregiver coverage for last-minute call-outs and scheduling changes.
• Enter and maintain client and caregiver schedules in Sandata.
• Process payroll and review hours for accuracy in ADP.
• Communicate schedule changes with clients, families, caregivers, and case managers.
• Maintain confidential client and caregiver records.
