Beck N Call Homecare in Shelton, CT is seeking a Part-Time Home Care Office Coordinator to help manage client and caregiver scheduling, onboarding, and daily office operations.

The ideal candidate will coordinate caregiver availability, maintain Sandata schedules, assist with payroll through ADP, and communicate professionally with clients, families, and staff while protecting confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care scheduling and office coordination preferred.
• Experience working with caregivers and healthcare staff is a plus.
• Familiarity with Sandata or similar scheduling systems is preferred.
• Experience with ADP payroll is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure client shifts are staffed.
• Onboard new clients and assist with caregiver onboarding and documentation.
• Enter and maintain client and caregiver schedules in Sandata.
• Process payroll and review hours via ADP, resolving discrepancies.
• Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, case managers, and leadership.
• Monitor schedules for gaps and changes; respond to urgent staffing needs.
