Job summary

Beck N Call Homecare is seeking a Part-Time Home Care Office Coordinator in Shelton, CT. The role focuses on coordinating caregiver schedules, onboarding new clients, and assisting with payroll and referrals to ensure seamless in-home care services.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure while maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality across client and caregiver records.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, healthcare staffing, scheduling, customer service, office coordination, or healthcare administration preferred.
• Knowledge of Sandata or similar Electronic Visit Verification systems.
• Experience with ADP payroll preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure client shifts are staffed.
• Find caregiver coverage for last-minute calls, emergencies, and schedule changes.
• Staff new clients by matching caregivers based on availability, location, needs, and preferences.
• Assist with onboarding for new clients and caregivers.
