Job summary

Beck N Call Homecare in Connecticut is seeking a Part-Time Home Care Office Coordinator to manage client and caregiver scheduling, onboarding, and payroll coordination. The role requires calm under pressure, strong communication, and proactive problem-solving.

You will use Sandata for scheduling, and ADP for payroll, update records, and coordinate with case managers and referral partners. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced office

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, healthcare staffing, scheduling, or office coordination preferred.
• Experience with Sandata or EVV/scheduling systems preferred.
• Experience with ADP payroll preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure client shifts are staffed.
• Find last-minute coverage for call-outs, emergencies, changes, and open shifts.
• Assist onboarding for new clients and caregivers, including documentation.
• Enter, confirm, and maintain schedules in Sandata; update changes throughout the day.
• Assist with payroll processing and review hours for accuracy in ADP.
• Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, case managers, and leadership about needs.
• Maintain client and caregiver records and documentation.
• Coordinate referrals and outreach to generate new client referrals.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and agency policies.
