Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between clients, families, case managers, and ASAP.
• Process phone referrals and inquiries.
• Prepare weekly scheduling tasks for direct care staff.
• Monitor service delivery for adherence to authorized plans.
• Assist in evaluating direct care staff performance.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Cover responsibilities of the Program Administrator when needed.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
