Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between client and family, case managers and ASAP.
• Process phone referrals and inquiries.
• Prepare weekly scheduling tasks and activities of direct care staff.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure it aligns with authorized services.
• Assist in evaluating direct care staff.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Cover the absence of the Program Administrator.
• Perform duties of a similar nature as assigned.
