Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Paragould, AR is seeking a Part Time Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This hourly role has a set schedule of 3 days/24 hours per week and enables patients to stay independent at home.

You must hold an active RN license and have at least 2 years of nursing experience, plus the ability to travel locally in your own vehicle. Benefits include Daily Pay, mileage paid, and a Company matched 401K.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
• 2 years of experience required.
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
• Follow up for unskilled services.
• Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.

• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
