Qualifikationen

• Maintain certification with relevant home care standards.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.
• Must have sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

• Provide direct patient care as assigned based on client needs.
• Assist with personal hygiene care (bath, shave, hair care, mouth care).
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by supervising health professionals.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and special diets.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to individual needs.
• Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Maintain complete and accurate records as required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client condition.
• Follow EVV timekeeping and Plan of Care.
• Demonstrate dependability by punctuality.
• Support client independence within their abilities.
• Perform other duties per care plan.
