Qualifications

• Competent use of a digital camera, word processing and e-mail.
• Must live within 30-mile radius of territory.
• Job based from home with required travel to inspection locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections on either commercial or residential properties.
• Apply manual rules and company standards to identify risks and reduce accidents.
• Prepare a schedule to maximize time and meet service deadlines.
• Correspond with insured via phone, email and text to set up appointments.
• Complete a physical loss control survey and identify issues or hazards.
• Prepare reports with multiple pictures after inspections and update internal progress reports.
