Job summary

ARMStrongInsurance Services is seeking Loss Control Field Inspectors to perform on-site inspections of commercial or residential properties from a home base, with travel within your territory.

This part-time/occasional role offers flexible hours, weekly pay, and mileage reimbursement; you must have a valid driver's license, live within 30 miles of your territory, and be capable of documenting findings with photos and reports.

Qualifications

• Competent use of digital camera, word processing and e-mail.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must live within 30-mile radius of territory.
• Home-based with required travel to inspections within territory.
• Maintain automobile insurance with BI limits at least $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties.
• Apply rules and company standards to identify risks.
• Prepare a schedule to maximize time and ensure service is met.
• Communicate with insured via phone, email and text to set appointments.
• Complete a physical loss control survey and identify issues or hazards.
• Prepare reports with multiple pictures after inspections.
• Report survey status via internal progress reports.
