The position is based from home with travel within your assigned territory in the United States. In this role you will conduct inspections on commercial or residential properties, identify risks, and prepare detailed loss control reports with photos.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must live within 30-mile radius of territory.
• Job based from home with required travel to inspection locations within your territory.
• Maintain automobile insurance with bodily injury limits ≥ $100,000 / $300,000.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties.
• Prepare reports with multiple photos after each inspection.
• Communicate survey status via internal progress reports.
