Job summary

ARMStrong Insurance Services seeks a Loss Control Field Inspector to conduct inspections at commercial or residential properties. The role is part-time/occasional, with a flexible schedule and travel within your territory.

You will inspect, document risks, and prepare reports with photos, while coordinating appointments by phone, email, and text. Base pay is weekly with mileage reimbursement and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Must live within 30-mile radius of territory.
• Job will be based from home with required travel to inspection locations.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Proficient with digital camera, word processing and email.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties.
• Apply company rules to identify risks and reduce accidents.
• Prepare a schedule to maximize time and meet service targets.
• Coordinate with insured via phone, email and text to set appointments.
• Complete a loss control survey and identify issues or hazards.
• Prepare required reports with multiple pictures after inspections.
• Communicate survey status via internal progress reports.
