Job summary

ARMStrong Insurance Services is seeking Loss Control Field Inspectors to conduct inspections on commercial or residential properties within your assigned territory. The role is Part-Time/Occasional; hours vary and you set your own schedule, with travel from home to inspection sites.

Compensation is per inspection (roughly $50 and up), with on-the-job training and weekly production pay. You will work with NEIS as the lead for loss control evaluations and reports, maintaining adherence to company

Qualifications

Must live within 30-mile radius of the territory.
Inspections of commercial or residential properties.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record as per NEIS guidelines.

Responsibilities

Conduct physical inspections of commercial or residential properties.
Apply manual rules and company standards to identify risks and reduce accidents.
Prepare a schedule to maximize time and ensure service deadlines.
Communicate with insured via phone, email and text to set up appointments.
Complete a loss control survey identifying issues or hazards.
Prepare reports with multiple photos after inspections.
Update internal progress reports on survey status.
