Job summary

HOA Talent is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep across residential properties in Boynton Beach, FL. The role includes janitorial, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks with emphasis on timely, safe work.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, plus experience with contractors, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently or in a team, including after-hours or weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade or technical certification preferred.
• Prior experience in property, facility, or building maintenance.
• Experience working with or supervising contractors and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of general building maintenance and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including janitorial, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
• Inspect property systems and facilities for maintenance or safety issues and document findings.
• Respond to emergency and urgent maintenance requests promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors to obtain quotes, schedule work and inspect quality.
• Maintain maintenance records, tools, and equipment inventories; assist with budgeting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and PPE usage.
