Qualifications

• Candidate will have played, competed in, or coached the sport or activity at the high school or college level.
• Candidates will complete all Northfield and MSHSL professional development requirements.
• Candidate will pass a criminal background check.

• Assist the head coach in selection, instruction, training, and conditioning of athletes.
• Demonstrate and generate good sportsmanship and fair play.
• Administer policies and guidelines in the Coaches' Handbook.
