Qualifications

• Candidate will have played, competed in, or coached the sport at a high school or college level.
• Must complete all Northfield and MSHSL professional development requirements.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate good sportsmanship and fair play.
• Administer policies and supervise assistant coaches.
• Provide for the health and safety of team members.
• Create a culture free from hazing.

Skills
