Qualifications

• Ability to build a comprehensive program and develop staff.
• Minnesota coaching certificate preferred; required for head coaches.

Responsibilities

• Instruct student-athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training for track & field.
• Develop staff and manage program-wide elements; foster relationships with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Athletics/Activities Director and Principal; ensure program alignment with mission.
