Job summary

Stanislaus County Office of Education (SCOE) is seeking a Help Desk Technician Substitute to support technology users and staff in Modesto, CA. This part-time, temporary role will provide front-line technical assistance, device management, and troubleshooting under the supervision of the Technology Services team.

A 18+ requirement, California Driver License, and SCOE EdJoin application are required; A+ certification is preferred, with a focus on timely, customer-friendly service.

Qualifications

• Required: EdJoin Application, SCOE Help Desk Operator Certificate, Valid California Driver License.
• Two years of experience providing technical assistance in computer systems is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk technical and user support.
• Install, operate, repair, maintain, and diagnose technology within County Office departments and in school districts.
• Support staff and assist in technology-related tasks as directed by management.
