Qualifications

• Some experience in Information Technology or Help Desk related field preferred.
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office software and operating systems required.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to users requiring technical assistance.
• Assist users by phone and in person with operation of software, hardware, printers or other equipment.
• Troubleshoot routine problems and install/modify/repair equipment as needed.
