Qualifications

• Experience with Epic or hospital information systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls professionally.
• Admit and discharge patients in Epic system.
• Ensure patients have all necessary paperwork and manage orders for patient transfers.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Support clinical staff with administrative tasks.
• Direct calls to nursing staff and route inquiries appropriately.
• Page providers for admissions and discharge paperwork signatures.
