Job summary

INN AT MIDDLETOWN is seeking a Part Time Valet Parking Attendant to provide exceptional guest service at the front of the hotel. The role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, answering inquiries, and directing traffic in the parking area.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic and park/unpark guest vehicles.
• Ensure the security of vehicles and maintain lot cleanliness.
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage and guest requests.
• Answer phones and provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Follow health, safety, and company policies; report concerns.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
