Job summary

At Your Service LLC seeks a Guest Service Team Leader for part-time evening and weekend hours at the United Center and Guaranteed Rate Field. Lead a 20-25 person guest services team, ensuring safety, guest satisfaction, and adherence to policies during events.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating training and reporting. Must be at least 20, with 2+ years supervisory experience and 4+ years of customer service, plus flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of direct customer service experience.
• Must have excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Must be available to work evening and weekend hours; report times typically start at 4:30pm on weekdays and any time on weekend days.
• Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 5 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be punctual and able to comply with attendance standards.
• Must be willing and able to comply with grooming and uniform standards.
• Ability to work at both locations (United Center & Guaranteed Rate Field)

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment during events.
• Supervise, support, and motivate an event team of 20-25 Guest Service Representatives.
• Communicate event and staff activity to the manager on duty.
• Assist in the administration of ongoing Guest Service department training.
• Assist the manager on duty in the resolution of guest concerns.
• Assign company equipment or keys to employees as needed.
• Provide reports and documents regarding incidents when necessary.
• Promote company values, including equality, diversity, and inclusion.
• Miscellaneous operational duties on event day.
