High Hotels LTD. in Easton, PA, seeks a Part-Time Guest Services Representative for our select-service Hilton property in the Lehigh Valley.

You will operate the front desk switchboard, respond to guest needs, share information about the local area, and assist guests during arrivals and departures. This role requires weekend availability, 1-2 days per week from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Sundays, with occasional Friday or Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

As aGuest Services Representativefor High Hotels LTD., you are required to positively represent the hotel to the guest by responding courteously and efficiently to guest needs, acting as a source of information about the hotel and local area, and assisting guests during arrivals and departure. You will also be responsible for operating the switchboard and handling departmental accounting and financial transactions as they relate to this position.

This position will be located at our select service Hilton property in the Lehigh Valley area.

We are seeking Part-Time Guest Services Representatives with the availability to work 1-2 days a week from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Sundays, with occasional Friday or Saturday shifts as needed.

Starting Rate: $15.72/hr.Potential for increase is based on experience.

Areas of responsibility for our Guest Services Reps include:

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

• Ability to work weekends and holidays is required.
