High Hotels is seeking a part-time Room Attendant at the SpringHill Suites in Mt Laurel, NJ to uphold high cleanliness and service standards. The role may include laundry, common area cleaning, and room cleaning tasks across shifts.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be able to stand long hours, lift up to 20 lbs, and work weekends. Starting rate is $19.06/hr with potential increases based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain linen carts and restock supplies.
• Assist in the laundry area with washing, drying, folding, and sorting.
• Ensure privacy and security of guest rooms.

As a Room Attendant for High Hotels LTD, you will be responsible for performing routine duties to ensure that the high standards of cleanliness and service for the hotel and the brand are met. Room Attendants should take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the hotel guest rooms and common areas are properly cleaned and maintained. Room Attendant team members could spend their days in various areas of the housekeeping department including laundry, common area cleaning, and room cleaning.

This position will be located at the SpringHill Suites in Mt Laurel, NJ.

This is a Part-Time position with the ability to work following schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm during the week and 9:00am-5:30pm on weekends.

***Please Note: shift end times will vary based on occupancy rate and workload.

Weekends include a $1/hr. shift premium!

Starting Rate: $19.06/hr. Potential for increase is based on experience.

Areas of responsibility for our Room Attendants include:

• Cleaning the guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards in the allotted amount of time
• Vacuuming carpet and furniture.
• Cleaning and dusting furniture.
• Cleaning kitchenettes and washing the dishes in suites.
• Changing bed linens.
• Cleaning the guest room bathroom.
• Cleaning high touch areas of the hotel to meet brand standards
• Assisting in the laundry room: washing, drying, folding, and sorting laundry.
• Maintaining the linen cart and ensuring supplies are neatly organized.
• Ensuring the security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

• A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred.
• The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20lbs.
• The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• The ability to support any property owned by High Hotels, Ltd. in the Lancaster, PA area.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
