Part-Time Guest Services Representative - Courtyard by Marriott

High Hotels Ltd. is a leading operator of select-service and extended stay hotels across PA & NJ, committed to maintaining high standards in guest service and quality.

As a Guest Services Representative, you will represent the hotel positively by responding courteously to guest needs, providing information about the hotel and local area, and assisting during arrivals and departures. You will also operate the switchboard and handle departmental transactions.

This position is located at the Courtyard by Marriott on Hospitality Drive in Lancaster, PA.

We seek a reliable Part-Time candidate (3 shifts a week), mainly working weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Weekend and holiday availability are required. Weekend shifts include a $2/hour premium.

Starting pay ranges from $15.00/hour to $16.00/hour depending on experience.
