Bolongo Bay Beach Resort in St. Thomas, VI seeks a friendly Guest Services Attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with directions, store luggage, and deliver amenities to rooms.

In this part-time Front Office role you will guide guests to the check-in counter, explain room features, provide local recommendations, and help keep the lobby neat while coordinating with the Front Desk team. Experience in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent certificate required.
• Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with directions, baggage handling, and local information.
• Deliver amenities to guest rooms and assist with special requests.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain room features like AC, TV remote and safe.
• Maintain lobby areas and assist with check-in coordination.
• Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions; coordinate with Front Desk.
