Bolongo Bay Beach Resort seeks a Part-Time Guest Services - Reservations Agent in St. Thomas, VI. You will be the first contact for guests, handling front desk tasks during lunch hours and transitioning to reservations to cover phones until 9pm.

Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, managing room reservations, answering inquiries, and upselling hotel facilities while maintaining guest satisfaction. Prior hospitality experience is helpful, and flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with hotel reservation systems (PMS), Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Organization & multitasking to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and a neat, uniform look.

• Answer phone calls and emails courteously and timely.
• Work with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to meet guest needs.
