Bolongo Bay Beach Resort in the U.S. Virgin Islands seeks a Front Desk / Reservation Sales Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-in and checkout and handling phone inquiries.

This full-time role combines front desk duties with reservations support, requiring friendly service, accuracy in billing, and the ability to upsell rooms and resort services while coordinating with housekeeping and management.

Qualificações

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PMS, MS Office, and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests, check-in/out, handle payments and deposits.
• Answer calls and emails, quote rooms and rates.
• Book reservations in Maestro and send confirmations.
• Upsell rooms and hotel facilities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and management for guest needs.
