Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work effectively in a stressful environment and communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Register guests into the computer, verify reservation and payment information.
• Promote the Guest Loyalty Program and provide member benefits.
• Accept payment at registration and checkout.
• Maintain a house bank and report daily receipts.
• Process cash transactions and currency exchanges.
• Answer phone calls promptly and handle guest requests.
• Assist with late checkouts, room changes, billing inquiries, and reservations.
• Keep activity log for follow-up and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Issue keys and manage safety deposit boxes.
• Post miscellaneous charges as requested.
