Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Part-Time Greeter to welcome customers and assist with front-end tasks at our Duluth, MN store. You will promote CLUB Membership, provide information about in-store pickups, and help maintain a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, supporting promotions, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and assisting with returns and vendor check-ins. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Present a professional image and adhere to dress code.
• Check in customers’ merchandise for returns.
• Check in vendor representatives and manage visitor logs/badges.
• Inform customers about events, promotions, and offer promotional materials.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and safe entryway and surrounding areas.
• Facilitate guest check-in for firearms/weapons with the Outfitter per SOP.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
