Job summary

The Industrialist in downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, check them in and out, and respond to requests with a can-do attitude.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, handle payments and reservations, and maintain a welcoming front desk. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred; PMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic customer service skills preferred.
• Experience with front desk or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check guests in/out efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle payments, room assignments, and reservations changes accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure timely room readiness.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
